Philosophy
Trinity's blend of Christianity, Reggio, and Play-& Project-based, philosophies create a nurturing and dynamic learning environment where every child is empowered to explore, discover, and grow to their fullest potential.
History
The original childcare center was housed in the church’s Parish hall and it was licensed for 45 children. The childcare center quickly grew and the church board voted to approve having an addition built on to the current building. Pastor Larry Miller formally dedicated the new additional space on March 1, 1992.
May God bless you on this day and each day after.
Big Picture
We believe the key to quality early childhood education is to promote participation in age-appropriate, high interest activities that could present as structured or unstructured hands-on play, centers, group story-time, and themed activities. Kids are encouraged to learn through play, though with added academic content. A major focus in early childhood education is the social-emotional piece that assists kids in working on things like coping with feelings and setting goals. It also helps with interpersonal skills like working together with peers and resolving conflicts. Social emotional learning can help kids who learn and think differently talk about their challenges and build self-esteem. All of these are taught at Trinity while the Christian faith is integrated throughout all we do. We are proud of our blended philosophy and have found much success in helping children easily transition from one developmental milestone to the next.
Flexible School Schedules
We offer a variety of schedules to fit your family’s needs including half-day programs (2, 3, 4 and 5 days), and full-day programs (2, 3, 4 and 5 days), which include extended care. Our center opens at 6:45 am and closes at 6:00 pm.
We offer half-day and full-day programs.
